Assembly explores how colour and structure interact, within a regular framework, to create abstract interlocking compositions. This design came directly out of Margo’s handwoven artworks, and the fabric construction is based on the Lampas handweaving technique – Assembly exemplifies the studio’s approach of Art-into-Industry.
Colour and mathematics are the twin concerns of Margo’s work – the affects of colours in combination – the relationship between colour and proportion – and the division of the rectangle. In this design the warp and weft are equal, giving the colour an even and solid quality. The texture is very robust and reminiscent of needlepoint.

UK Delivery
UK retail orders are charged £3.95, with FREE shipping on purchases over £100. We aim to dispatch in-stock items within 2 to 4 working days.
International Delivery
International retail orders are sent with DDP (Delivery Duty Paid), meaning that taxes and duties are included in the final price. Delivery charges are weight based and are confirmed at checkout.
Returns
In-stock items may be returned by customers for a full refund within 14 days of receiving your order.
