Welcome to the Margo Selby Limited Website. These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made through our website and cover all Margo Selby products, including custom and made-to-order items.
By proceeding with a purchase from Margo Selby Limited, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. If you have any queries, please contact us prior to purchase on info@margoselby.com.

2. Products
All products are listed subject to availability. From time to time, a product may have run out of stock in which case we will notify you and offer an alternative or full refund.
We endeavour to describe our products as accurately as possible. However, due to the woven nature of our fabrics and pattern repeats, variations in appearance may occur.
Please note, we can not guarantee that the colours of our products in real life will be as they appear on screen, dependent on how your computer screen shows colour. We take no responsibility for any such discrepancy.
Some woven fabrics may lead to the appearance of bowing during transport, which can be corrected with gentle manipulation.
3. Custom and Made-to-Order Rugs
All custom rugs are made to order. Once confirmed, orders cannot be canceled or amended.
A design approval (digital or physical) is required before the Rug goes into production. Customers are responsible for verifying all details.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before the Rug goes into production. Depending on the technique and dimensions of your rug this is when our estimated lead time starts from.
Custom rugs are non-returnable and non-refunable unless damaged or defective.
Variations in size, colour and weave may occur due to the handmade production process.

5. Order Contract and Delivery
Margo Selby Limited reserves the right to decline any order, especially if there is an error in where a product has been mis-published, including pricing, product description, specifications or stock availability.
Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and Margo Selby Limited will take place on the dispatch of the products ordered by you, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it (please see our returns policy here).
If there are any problems with your order, you will be contacted by a member of our team.
Please ensure delivery details are correct. We are not responsible for delays or undelivered parcels due to incorrect addresses being provided to us.
All deliveries must be signed for at the delivery address you provide to us at the time of your order. Unfortunately, we cannot arrange for deliveries to be left with a neighbour or similar requests, or provide a specified time of delivery.
6. Order Cancellation and Returns Policy
Please see our returns policy here with regards to returning different items. We cannot be responsible for any items sent back to us that do not arrive. If you wish to cancel your order prior to dispatch, please contact us on info@margoselby.com at the earliest opportunity to discuss this.
7. Prices and Payments
Please note that all our prices include VAT where applicable.
If your card issuer does not authorise your card payment, we will contact you, but your order will not be processed until a full and authorised payment has been received. Please note that you, as the customer, are responsible for any taxes or duties (such as import duties) payable on your order.
8. Intellectual Property
In purchasing from Margo Selby Limited, you acknowledge that all copyright, trade marks, and other intellectual property rights in and relating to the Margo Selby website and Margo Selby products are owned by, or exclusively licensed to, us. Please do not copy, distribute, show in public or create any derivative work from the Margo Selby website, or any Margo Selby product unless properly authorised by Margo Selby Limited to do so.
