Each Turner stool is individually handcrafted in England in your choice of Margo Selby fabrics from the Moulin velvet collection.
The seat pad is formed by hand using 100% natural stuffing materials for supreme comfort, and finished with traditional ladder stitching.
Gabriella James is a Kent based furniture maker. The studio specialises in producing contemporary profile pieces, utilising traditional craftsmanship.

UK Delivery
The lead time from ordering to delivery is normally 8 - 12 weeks, subject to frame stock levels and fabric availability.
Once your order is placed, Gabriella James will send you an email confirming the details of your order and giving an estimated delivery date.
When your bespoke pieces are ready to be delivered, one of the Gabriella James team will get in touch with you directly to arrange a convenient day and a 2-hour time slot for delivery. Where possible, they offer a personal delivery service and will do their best to accommodate your timing needs. This means your chairs or bar stools are carefully wrapped and loaded at their workshop and come directly to you. This premium service also includes delivery to your room of choice, unpacking and removal of all packaging.

Returns
Gabriella James offers a 7-Day Returns Policy. Simply contact us within 7-days of your delivery date.
There is normally a one-off collection fee of £150.00 from most UK mainland collections.
If you can cancel a Made-to-order item(s) within 48 hours from the time the order was placed you will receive a full refund.
Once delivered, made-to-order items (your bespoke combination of model or colour or fabric ) that are unique to you have a 35% returns fee.
