The Margo Selby rug portfolio is the culmination of the studio’s ethos of Art Into Industry. Handmade by skilled artisans, the support of traditional community weaving industries is a core value of our practice.
Choose from hand-tufted, and hand-loom rugs in 100% wool, indoor/outdoor flat-woven rugs made from recycled plastic water bottles or hand-knotted rugs in wool and silk with 100 knots per square inch. The commonality between these rugs are the geometric pattern progressions and syncopated rhythms of Margo’s designs which are expertly realised by the skilled hands of the weavers – each individual rug is a unique handmade creation.
Margo Selby is a renowned British textile artist and designer. Her design philosophy is focused on pushing the boundaries of weaving to create contemporary stylish fabrics, accessories and interior products.
