Jester Rug
The patterns of Jester, have been inspired by the surfaces of the cut glass crystal collection of the Victoria & Albert Museum. Shapes are repeated, rotated and varied in scale to create a rhythmic structural pattern with unexpected negative spaces. The rug is made using softer, muted colours.
Made with 80% Indian Mulberry Silk and 20% Cotton.
The Jester rug is available to view in our Whitstable showroom. We welcome visitors 10am - 4pm, Monday to Friday.

Craftsmanship: Flatweave
Composition: 80% Mulberry Silk, 20% Cotton
Flatweave – Kelim flat-woven rugs – without a pile – are handwoven on a horizontal ground loom. Bobbins are passed back and forth to create inlaid motifs. This is a traditional rug-making technique that results in a lighter-weight, practical and beautiful floor covering.
Care: Dry Clean Recommended
Underlay + Rug care
An underlay provides cushioning that increases the longevity of a rug; we advise customers to use a good quality anti-slip underlay, for this reason, and to prevent a rug from creasing and slipping, whether on a carpet or a hard floor. Underlay also protects the floor covering beneath from transference of colours or fibres from the back of the rug.

Shipping and returns
UK Delivery
UK retail orders are charged £3.95, with FREE shipping on purchases over £100. We aim to dispatch in-stock items within 2 to 4 working days.
International Delivery
International retail orders are sent with DDP (Delivery Duty Paid), meaning that taxes and duties are included in the final price. Delivery charges are weight based and are confirmed at checkout.
Returns
In-stock items may be returned by customers for a full refund within 14 days of receiving your order.
