Jakob Rug

£3,700

The Jakob rug features intersecting patterns in an asymmetric grid – inspired by Indian architectural carving and mosaic tiles. The colour palette moves between subtle shades of soft turquoise and grey.

Made in 100% wool using a traditional asymmetrical knotting technique on an upright loom. This creates a premium quality long-lasting rug, with intricate design detail. The motifs are hand-carved to create a 3-dimensional profile. The dense pile of the wool adds both depth and texture to the colours.

This rug is available to order in any size, contact our studio with your measurements to receive a quote.

The Jakob rug is available to view in our Whitstable showroom. We welcome visitors 10am - 4pm, Monday to Friday.

Materials - Indian Chokla Wool – natural, durable, versatile, sustainable.

Underlay + Rug care

An underlay provides cushioning that increases the longevity of a rug; we advise customers to use a good quality anti-slip underlay, for this reason, and to prevent a rug from creasing and slipping, whether on a carpet or a hard floor. Underlay also protects the floor covering beneath from transference of colours or fibres from the back of the rug.
