Flatweave Rugs
Our Flatweave rugs, known as Kelim flat-woven rugs without a pile, are handwoven on a horizontal ground loom using either 100% wool or 100% recycled Polyethylene Terephthalate (rPET) yarn made from plastic bottles, making them suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. Bobbins are passed back and forth to create inlaid motifs using a traditional rug-making technique that results in a lighter-weight, practical, and beautiful rug.
Every design in our rug collection can be custom-made to your required size and colour palette. Alternatively, bring your own concept to life with a fully custom creation. Available in a range of making techniques (Hand Knotted, Hand Tufted and Flatweave).
